Company Profile: Dalton Management, Inc. Dalton Realty was founded in 1926. Dale Denson purchased the firm in 1965. Dalton Realty/Management, Inc. has been very active in Real Property management since 1970. The company began as a full service real estate brokerage and evolved into a company focusing on real estate investment and management.
As the company began to make real estate investments in Oregon , an office in Portland , Oregon was opened in 1985. The purpose of the Oregon operation was to provide tight, hands on management for its growing number of properties in Portland and Western Oregon.
Dalton manages real property investments in California, Washington, and Oregon. The company has focused on the Portland Metropolitan area apartment market for the last 20 years. The company’s primary focus is garden style apartments. The company also manages a number of small office buildings and smaller investment properties. Currently the company manages over 950 units in Oregon, over 200 units in California, as well as 7 small to medium sized office buildings in California and Oregon.

Dale Denson –Broker/Owner
Mr. Denson is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and Oregon. He is a past director of the California Association of Realtors, Past President of the Palo Alto Board of Realtors and is currently the designated broker for the non-profit Palo Alto Housing Corporation.
Mr. Denson is an experienced real estate investor and is noted as one of the first investors from outside the Portland area to see the potential of the Portland apartment market. He is a business graduate of the University of Oregon and earned a community college teaching certificate in related real estate subjects from San Jose State University. The National Board of Realtors has designated him as a CPM, Certified Property Manager. |

Jeffrey M. Denson – Director of Oregon Properties/Principal
Jeff Denson is an experienced property manager handling large apartment projects in the Portland Metropolitan Area. Jeff coordinates the company’s marketing and recruiting program. Jeff is the Company’s Principal Broker and an investment General Partner. Jeff is also active in the local IREM chapter, past Director of the Portland Metro Apartment Association, and is a designated CPM. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Arts from Lewis and Clark College. |

Bradford J. Denson Controller/Principal
Brad Denson is an experienced manager with a background in facilities management. Brad manages the company’s property management bookkeeping; tax reporting, and investment acquisition program. Brad is an investment General Partner and provides direct support to investors, clients, and owners. Brad has a Bachelor of Science from Oregon State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Santa Clara University. He is licensed Oregon. |

Ross Crosby, Investment Partner
Ross has been with the firm since 1967. Ross is the main liaison between Dalton Realty and its investor base. His specialty is investment analysis and securities. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Business and Accounting. Ross also completed two years graduate work at the University of San Francisco. |

Rick Dodson – Property Management Consultant
Rick Dodson has been associated with Dalton Realty for over twenty years. Rick has been managing offices, apartments and single-family homes for over twenty years for both Dalton and other large property management firms. He is an expert in apartment leasing and evaluating the performance of multifamily properties. His focus has been in managing small plexes in the Bay Area for owners and providing on-going consulting for all of Dalton Management’s properties in California, Oregon and Washington. |
